Thank you for shopping with Jana’s Skin Care. We strive to deliver your skincare, cosmetic, and nutritional products safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partner for delivery.

2. Delivery Timeframe

We offer standard shipping for all orders.
Delivery usually takes:

Minimum: 3 business days

Maximum: 5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier workload, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping for Nutritional & Cosmetic Products

As our products include nutritional supplements, tablets, and cosmetic items, we take extra care during handling and packaging.
Each order is sealed and protected to maintain product safety and quality during transit.
Some regions may require additional verification for nutritional items. If so, our support team will contact you promptly.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and regions within Pakistan.
For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take longer than the standard timeframe.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

7. Delays & Responsibility

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Jana’s Skin Care is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Natural events (rain, floods, etc.)

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will assist immediately.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
