Interpretation & Definitions

Definitions

For the purposes of this policy:

  • Company / We / Us / Our: Refers to Janas Skin Care

  • Goods: Products sold by Janas Skin Care

  • Order: A purchase request made by you for our goods

  • Service / Website: The Janas Skin Care official platform

  • You / Customer: The individual or entity purchasing and using our services and products

General Return Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of skincare and wellness products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, incorrect, or defective

  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order number) must be provided

Note:
Products purchased from physical outlets cannot be returned online.

Shipping & Return Charges

  • If a return or exchange is approved due to a damaged/wrong product, we will cover return shipping.

  • If return is requested for any other reason and approved, the customer is responsible for a PKR 500 return shipping fee.

Refund Policy

Refund is only applicable if:

  • The product is returned within 3 days

  • Product remains sealed and unused

  • Verified defect or dispatch error

Refund will be processed to the original payment method or bank account (if paid via bank transfer).

For bank refunds, provide:

  • Full Name

  • Bank Name

  • IBAN / Account Number

Refunds are not offered on used or opened products due to hygiene and health safety reasons.

Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged only if:

  • Request is made within 3 days of delivery

  • Product is unused and sealed

  • Original packaging is intact

Customer must ship the product back for review. Once inspected and approved, the exchange will be processed.

Exchange Limit:
One-time exchange per order.

Bundles, promotions, and discounted items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
